Part Number: BQ25890EVM-664
The design of the BQ25890EVM shows an input capacitor of 1uF at the VBUS line along with a capacitor of 10uF at the PMID pin. Check image below:
Is this compatible with USB C, since that has a limit of 10uF only? Or does this take into account additional factors like the drop in capacitance because of voltage. Is this a feasible layout to replicate for USB?
