Power Drivers

I am a university student. I am doing a project where i have to design the power drivers for high power led that is capable of delivering the pulse current of 200A at 40V with frequency upto 1 Mhz . To build the circuitry that support the above parameters i will use MOSFET or IGBTs. What you suggests me which is the best transistor to use or you have another idea about these driver circuits.
