Hi
We have developed a project for bq34z100; It's a single battery cell; “Value is beyond minimum value defined for parameter.”;
Can you help me identify the issue

Hello,
This question has been assigned within the team and will be reviewed and followed up with another application engineer when possible. In the meantime please attach any associated .log/.gg files associated with the projects.
*Responses may be delay due to large amount of question in the e2e queue
Thank you,

This means that the voltage divider value can't be set correctly for the divider configuration (VOLTSEL and external circuit) that you use.
See TRM www.ti.com/.../sluuco5a.pdf, 3.4 for information how to select a compatible external divider (and make sure that VOLTSEL is correct).
That's the voltage that the gauge reports in your screenshot. I am interested in the actual voltage that you measure on the voltage input pin to the gauge.
That voltage must be within the range specified in the TRM. This is accomplished with a proper voltage divider. The gauge then needs to know the voltage divider value. This is within certain limits and the calibration routine may not be able to calculate this within the limits and then you get this error message.
