Hi, 

We are using TPS25751 and BQ25756  combination in our design. We are planning to check the options in USBPD application customization tool.  In our design, we would like to have 5V sink also should come from the DCDC convertor (i.e., BQ25756  ). 

There is still 5 volt supply in our HW which is connected to the PP5V but it is only for internal electronics.  We were looking to configura that option using the customization tool. Could you please help me with the same.

    Hello,

    Please go to the advanced configuration and confirm that PP3 is selected for PDO1.

      

    When acting as a source the PP1 is always used to turn on the power path (voltage used to feed charge pump for GATE_VSYS and GATE_VBUS):

    Once the power path is enabled then the PD controller switched from PP1 to PP3 (if PP3 is selected as PDO1).
