BQ41Z90: 10Mohm Gate-Source resistor

Part Number: BQ41Z90

Hello, from datasheet a 10MOhm resistor from Gate to Source of the power MOSFETs is required.

Is there an acceptable value range? Like 10MOhm +- xx%?

    Hello Dave,

    There is no acceptable value range that has been tested. The purpose of the resistor is to pull down the voltage of the gate to zero while having minimal effect on the performance of the gate opening, to ensure that the gate voltage does not float. Depending on whether you change the FETs on your board, you may need to adjust this value.
