If it is in priority mode, switchover threshold does not make sense here, since switchover depends on PR signal, if PR1 > VREF output is VIN 1 & PR2 < VREF output is VIN2.

How about this condition?
When the PR1 pin is pull low, the higher voltage supply between Vin1 and Vin2 is passed to the output.

Is there any witchover threshold?

It depends on how you are generating the PR1, if it is directly connected to VIN1 using resistive divider then switchover threshold does not make sense.

If PR1 signal controlled using GPIO or MCU then your question, make sense.

Hi Williams,

hysteresis would be around 60m to 100mV that means if VIN1>VIN2 by 60 mV to  100mV VIN1 comes as output not mentioned in datasheet.
