Power Supply Distribution Assembly

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS53353

I'm trying to design (or find)  what I'll call a DC Power Supply Distribution Assy

Preferably, it will be a PCB assembly no bigger than 3" x 5".:

  • Receive power from a single 2kW DC Supply (V Range from 0 - 60V, 35Amp )
  • Generate 5 DC voltages...5.0, 3.3, 2.5, 1.8, and 1.0
  • Route each voltage to a 1:4 Mux/Relay/Switch
  • Current for each Mux output line is: 5.0V - 5Amp....3.3V - 5Amp...2.5V-1Amp...1.8V - 1Amp...1.0V - 5Amp

I'm looking at  the TPS53353 to generate 5V, 3.3V, and 1.0V because of the current requirements.

I'm assuming I'll have many option to generate the 2.5V and 1.8V (possibly generating them off 2nd PS or the 3.3V output)

My main problem now is switching the outputs.
