Is there a document that describes how to program the bq78PL114 over I2C WITHOUT using the USB-GPIO and the bqWizard or the API (since the API works with the USB-GPIO adapter, it is useless to us)? I need to talk to the GG from my tester which has an I2C port I can program.
sluu330B is incomplete in describing the communication. For example it does not tell how to read the ChemistryID (not the Device Chemistry as in LION) from the gg. Also, there's not info on how to read most of the bq78PL114S12 parameters from sluu330b, section B.2 (page 73). Like I said, I have no access to bqWizard and USB-gpio adapter in production.
