Hi,

When I am using EV2300's PC interface to access the the Bq27210's EEPROM, everything is zero and I couldn't change it as well. (After I hit Enter, the EEPROM reading just didn't update). I followed the instructions, provided 21V across +21V and -BAT, and connect the Vout of EV2300 to the PROG on the Bq27210EVM. The chip seems to be able to scan the voltage, temperature, and the current. Just the EEPROM problem. Would really appreciate the help.
