bq2416x PSEL pin threshold

bq2416x datasheet does not show High/Low level threshold for PSEL pin.

Is it the same as CD pin input?

V IH(CD) CD Input high logic level 1.3 V
V IL(CD) CD Input low logic level 0.4 V
