Good Day!
I need to get out of the voltage -1.25В with the Negative Linear Regulator LM337. When calculating a resistor divider, the resistor R2 = 0 Ohm. In this case, the pin ADJ is connected to GND? And do I need a resistor R1 = 120 Ohm?

Good Day!
You are correct, the LM337 ADJ pin gets connected directly to GND.
For LM337 the regulated output is between the ADJ pin and Vout pin.
You will only need resistance from Vout to Gnd if you load does not draw the 'Minimum Load Current'
