making BQ76PL536 brick volatge reading cosistent and correct

Currently we are using BQ76PL536 for which we are getting wrong brick voltage.

Has anybody observed the similar problem?

 

Please let me know the resolution for the same if any.

    Can you give me little more detail?

    What are your brick and your cell voltages?

    Are you using TI evm or your board?

    Do you have a resistor on VBAT pin?

     

    You will find the accuracy of VBAT and cells voltages in the datasheet.. VBAT reading is not accurate as cells but shouldn't be off too much.
