We have a design considering the LM2747 step down controller (this is a former National device). I have noticed this part (mpn LM2747MTC) was already integrated to TI’s datasheet format and website.
I am wondering, what is the material finish for this device? I could not find anything on the product website nor datasheet. The thing is that LM2747MTC at National was a Tin/Lead device and the Pb-free number was LM2747MTC/NOPB, however, the new TI datasheet calls just for LM2747MTC and there is no specification whether it is still the Tin/Lead version (and if so, what happened with LM2747MTC/NOPB ?).
