You can build your 110A H-bridge from NMOS's in parallel using gate drivers and an H-bridge IC.

- Where is your 110A.. On the primary or secondary side?

- Input voltage? AC or DC?

- Output voltage?

- Output power?

I m working on same lines. I have to drive a 5kw DC motor using 48 V battery pack.

Hello good morning

This motor is rated at 48 v dc, 5 kw. Surely it will have to given 48v and output current will depend upon its speed n rorque.
