Is there any design tooling to make BQ24450 easy design?
My customer need 30Vdc input and 24Vdc and around 12Amp output for battery charging.
How can I find the tooling to calculate the necessary modifications based on BQ24450 EVM?

The datasheet provides an example design and calculations on page 14 and 15. You can just change the numbers and rerun the math and get a new circuit that meets your specs.
You will need to watch out for the power dissipation in your pass transistor which will be (Vin - Vbat) * Ichg. This is very high for a 12A design.
