Maximum junction temperature is specified in the absolute maximum ratings table of the datasheet as 150C. There is also a dissipation ratings table in the datasheet which lists a derating factor (3.76mW/C) and several power dissipation ratings vs. temperature based on designing to the recommended operating maximum junction temperature of 125C. Use the derating factor for your thermal design to keep the junction below 125C.

I need to know the thermal resistance of TPS2491DGS. Can I take it as 266 degC/W (1/3.76mW/C).

Plz confirm.
