I need to get a spice or saber model of LP2953AMJ 5962-9233601MEA and I’d like to know if you have data on the stability of this device as it varies with initial, temperature, life, and radiation. We are signed up to do a worst-case analysis of this device (among others) and need to know if you guys can even provide this data.

No spice/saber models are available for this LDO (LP295x).

Someone from the SVA Mil-Aero group will need to respond as the availability of data for the LP2953AMJ 5962-9233601MEA option.

We do have post Op Life tri temp data we can share. I will contact you about it.

The TID response of the part depends upon the critical parameters and the operating conditions during radiation. There are papers showing that the part will pass 30 krad, but under the worst case biasing conditions, the part will fail some tests (that may not be critical to an appliction) as low as 10 kard.

i also need the spice model of the LP2953AMWG-QMLV 5962-9233601VXA. Can you provide me the model, or information on the parameters which have some deviations.

Same request for the LM2941 (5962R99166702VYA).

There are no spice models available for either the LP2953 or the LM2941.

Please clarify what type of addiation information you would like.
