I have been looking for the SON 3.3-mm × 3.3-mm and S-PVQFN-N32 footprint files for CSD86330Q3D and TPS40322, respectively. Is there anywhere I can download them?

Is there a page contains all the footprint files?

The mechanical data is in the addendum at the back of the datasheet in PDF format. Are you looking for something different?

I am actually looking for the CAD layout file (dra.file) so that I can use the given footrpint instead of drawing them by myself.

The cad files will probably be in Autocad DWG format. I can possibly translate them to DXF, STEP, IGES or some others. There are probably PADS symbols also for PCB and schematic, but they are in a "library" with lots of other symbols as well. Let me know if any of those will help.
