CUV flag to activate Safe Line

We want to prevent charging of a pack if a cell under voltage is 2.0 volts or less. I see the CUV flag set in the Safety Status. It is not set in the Safety Alert. The pack is at rest drawing zero current. I can set the cell imbalance flag to blow the chemical fuse. I would like also prevent the pack from trying to charge the pack. because one or more cell are at 2.0 volts or less. Can I blow the chemical fuse under this condition?

CUV is only going to prevent discharging. There really isn't a way to prevent charging due to a low voltage with the z7x/z8x/z9x devices, unless you configure the precharge option to use the ZVCHG FET and then not populate the FET. Then you can set the precharge voltage to 2V/cell and since the ZVCHG FET isn't populated, there would be no way for the pack to charge.

If using the z4x/z6x you can use the SUV Threshold in 2nd Level Safety. This will turn off both FETs and blow the fuse.
