TPS61040 Power dissipation

The Dissipation rating table on page 4 of the TPS61040 datasheet mentions 357mW at TA<25degrees. Is this the power dissipations anytime the driver is switching? What is the power dissipation number when the driver is switching at 1MHz for a load of 1mA? This information is critical for a battery operated application.

The table gives the maximum power the IC is capable of dissipating without the junction temperature being too high. The power dissipation at 1mA load will be very low. A good way to calculate power dissipation is to measure the efficiency with your operating conditions and then calculate the power dissipation.
