Bob, These tools are located under the Logging menu in bqWizrd. There are default slog and dlog files already loaded, but you can create new files to log other parameters that you may want to collect. You can log up to 29 paramters using bqWizard. You can enter the name for a log file to save your data for review. (This is the .csv file.) The slog, dlog and .csv files are under the Configure option. The Enable Logging command is also available on this menau as well. Regards, Tom

I have not been able to create a .csv file.  I get prompted for a line of text, get told an error opening file, get told file already open, etc.  But there is no .csv file on my computer, much less in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\bqWizard 3\Configuration Files directory.

Is there some secret procedure to work with the Commands menu?  I have found that polling has to be disabled for many other menus.  This is kind of bothersome because I have been waiting the relax period (2 hrs min) a number of times now, still to find no .csv file.  This time, I was careful to click the select box, then open the selected .csv file, to no effect.  I notice that there is an "export file" item in the logging menu, but it looks like it exports said missing .csv file.

I usually setup the configuration screen to place the log (.csv) file on the computer's desktop. The file does not get created until you Enable Logging. Enable Logging, then start polling and you should see the file appear. The program will not let you open it while it is logging, but you can copy and paste it and open the copy file for interim analysis.

The secret seems to be to clear the Enable Auto Logging check box in the Logging Configuration popup, then the Enable Logging choice appears in the Logging menu.  Selecting that seems to create the file, at least if it is on the desktop (I haven't tried it in the default Data Logging Files directory yet).
