Hi everone .the UCD9222 datasheet said

the output voltage margining is configured by VOUT_MARGIN_HIGH and VOUT_MARGIN_LOW commands. The OPERATION command seleces between the nominal output voltage and either of the margin voltages. what voltage margining means?what  dose VOUT_MARGIN_HIGH and VOUT_MARGIN_LOW  VOUT_COMMAND mean?How to use VOUT_MARGIN_HIGH and VOUT_MARGIN_LOW  ?

    Hello Lee,

    Voltage margining gives the extreme operating conditions for the output voltage. The Fusion GUI sets default percentages on the nominal output voltage to define Margin High and Margin Low. These values can also be adjusted by the user.

    All the output voltage related commands can be defined by the user on the VOUT Config page of the Fusion GUI.

    Voltage margining is typically used by vendors during their product testing, i.e. 4-corner testing, where they purposely run the system at the outer limits of ambient temperature and operating voltage.  The UCD92xx controllers provide convenient set points, Margin_High and Margin_Low, for implementing the voltage levels for this testing, it could be used for other purposes as well.

    Vout_Command is the nominal set point for a rail voltage on the controller.
