To interface 8 bit microcontroller with TPS61165 using single wire interface

hi,

I am trying to interface 8 bity microcontroller with tps61165 using single wire but i am facing some problem while programming.....

i have done as follows .....

 func_enable()

  {   making pin high for 100u sec

    making pin low for 260u sec }

after enabling what is the delay given between the adress bit written.
