    You will need to make an interface cable to go between the 10-pin header on the USB Interface Adapter's ribbon cable to pins 2 through 6 on the 6678EVM header, do not connect the 3.3V pin on the ribbon cable to the VCC3V3_AUX pin (pin 1) on the 6678EVM.  The USB adapter schematic should have all the PMBus lines labeled to determine required connections but if it does not then Table 2-1 in the USB Interface Adapter Evaluation Module User's Guide contains the pin out for the 10 pin header.

    The UCD9222 should already have a configuration for driving the C6678EVM pre-loaded during its manufacture.

    there is a UCD9222 in my project. the 10 pins Header for PMBus on my board should be male or female?

    If you want to attach the ribbon cable from the USB-to-GPIO adapter to your baord then the header on your board needs to be male.
