I read an application note "SLUA561B".

But I couldn't understand the function of "Max Scale Back Grid"?

Please teach me about this parameter.

What kind of function is this?

How is this parameter used?

    The Ra table values are scaled up or down at each grid point, but Max Scale Back Grid means it will not scale the grid points before grid point 4.  This is because high grid points (high DOD) can change a lot and this will protect the early grid points (low DOD) from jumping too much or getting corrupted.  This is always left at 4 and does not need to be changed.

    Is a new R calculated including the value of 4 times before at each grid point?

    ex) R1st, R2nd, R3rd, R4th, Rnew

          These are new learned R value and previous R values.

    Rnew is calculated from these values, right?

    How is it calculated?
