We are looking for an adjustable voltage regulator similar to the LM317L but with a lower drop out voltage.
The LM317L dropout voltage is too high for our application.
We have been using the LM317L as a constant current source (CCS) in our application.
We require extremely good performance at frequencies up to at least 200KHz (and higher if possible).
The issue we have found is that most low dropout regulators have very poor performance at higher frequencies.
We need the regulator to be adjustable, be able to have at least 100mA continuous current output and most importantly excellent high frequency performance.
We are trying to produce the circuit shown in figure 13C in the following document:

Our issue is that we have a 9.5Volt supply and not 18V as shown for this circuit.
Can you recommend anything that may be suitable?
