Resistor values for TPS7A4501 adjustable LDO

I am trying to figure out the correct equations for calculating R1 and R2 for the TPS7A4501 adjustable LDO. The data-sheet figure 33 mentions Iadj is typically 3uA. The Evaluation board user guide mentions Iadj = 1.21/R1. Which of these is the correct Iadj value for the Vout calculation ?
