I wish to use UC3825 IC for designing a 15V 20A smps (in halif bridge). Is it good?

Emil,
The UC2825 can be used in that application however I would suggest the "A" version as there are significant improvements in the part.
If you are planning to use current mode control you may want to review an article in HOW2POWER April 2012 editions the link is below. It deals with potential problems using half bridge converters in current mode control configuration.

Emil,
There is a paper from SEM500 (Unitrod Seminars of 1986) that uses the UC3825 in a design example.
I have included it with this response.

EMIL,
Other than the one I previously sent., the only one I know of is http://www.ti.com/general/docs/lit/getliterature.tsp?literatureNumber=slua053&fileType=pdf which is probably the one you were referring to.

Emil,
The driver required is a high side low side driver such as the UCC27200. or UCC27201.
