bq20z45 eval board fuse

My board is showing for 2.5V tp 2.97 volts. The 3.3V is fine. The fuse is at 0V. It doesn't recognize the battery anymore, and I had just calibrated it, up to level 4 (chemistry).

I read that the fuse doesn't exist just a nfet is used to simulate it. Is there anyway to reset the board or the fuse fet?

Are you saying the device is in PF mode? Also which device are you using?

No, it just doesn't recognize the battery anymore. I have not used the battery at all. Also I am getting those odd voltages from the chip. I'm quite not sure what u mean by device. The gas gauge board is the bq20z45 and it's hooked up to a EV2300.
