TPS7A4001 suits our requirement other than the operating temperature range.
Do you have any test data for the extended temperature range from -40degC to -48degC ambient?
What will be the issue if I try to operate TPS7A4001 at -48degC ambient?
I am looking for a linear regulator with following specification,
Vin= 18.5V to 32.5V
Input surge= 45V
Vout= 5V
Iout= 10mA
Operating temperature range= -48degC to +93degC
Can you please suggest any linear regulator which can satisfy our requirements?
