The requirement for a non isolated DC-DC converter input_output ratio is high. What I need is a recommendation of choosing the controller and topology. The controller include I limit and soft-start features.

Vin = 380-420; Vout = 29

Iout = 13A

The recommended topology at that power level is the phase shifted full bridge.

There are several controllers for this part. The UCC28950 is the newest version of this controller and has been out for a couple of years.
