I saw one of them mentioned but the name could be a typo, check BQ3050, is that what you need?

yea,maybe, I wish TI didn't publish the PDF yet, coz, it's fresh line,I've got them 2011 datecode,8030 is assemblied in Philippines,and the 8050 is assemblied in Taiwan, I think TI should do some home work to provide useful information for their fresh products, lol lol lol

Hello. I have a balansigng device, with chips dq20330 + bq8030. How i can read and change capacity, with Arduino. 

When i try to read data from any register of 20330 , I get an answer 10111
