I am looking for a High Side MOSFET Driver with following spec
 
Operating temperature range  : -55 to +125 Deg Celsius
Supply Voltage                     : 3.3V Maximum
With / Without integrated switch
Voltage to be switched        : 3.3V & Lesser
Preferable surface mount.
 
Somebody provide an available part number.
