Hi,
My name is Henry. I'm using LM25007 as power source to supply a heater(the heater is a 25 ohm resistor), input voltage of LM25007 is 24V, output voltage is 7.5V. there is a PWM signal to control a PNP transistor to on/off the power to the heater. I tried the PWM signal with frequency of 1KHz and 2KHz, everthing is OK.
Until I use frequncy of PWM to 500Hz, 250Hz or 125Hz, the output of LM25007 becomes regually up and down. the voltage can drop for several volt and can recover gradually.
Does anybody has experience with this?
