When DCP020505 was tested, Vout became higher than a data sheet.
If the portion which causes a high-Vout with an attached circuit diagram, and a mistake occur, please let me know.

A circuit is parallel, and is using two devices and an input is set to 5V.

A test result is the following.

No load --- 5.74V

100Ω --- 5.64V (56mA)

50Ω --- 5.57V (111mA)

33Ω --- 5.51V (172mA)

22Ω --- 5.41V (246mA)

※I am sorry for a circuit diagram hard to see.
Please contact me, if there is information which is not known.

  • DCP020505 is an unregulated converter. The output voltage varies with changes to output voltage( Vout)  load  and input line voltage(Vin) for each converter. .

The output voltage  range for each DCP020505 is  determined by both vin and vout load.:

Defined output voltage at 75% load for (1) DCP020505  is: (each separate DCP20505 with 5V0  +/-0.5% input voltage  and 75% load  (1.5W  at  300mA) , the output voltage range is 4.75V to 5.25V.

    1. The load for two(2) parallel DCP020505 with exactly 5V0 +/-0.5% input voltage to meet the typical Vout (5V0+/-5%) at 75% current  load range is typically 400mA to 625mA .
