Can you please provide any reliability information for your LM5050.

I checked the on-line tool but no information is available.

If possible please provide the following Info:

•    Total Device Test Hours
•    Number of Failures
•    Burn-In Temp
•    Activation Energy

    Hi,

    LM5050 process reliability metrics is provided below:

    •    Total Device Test Hours = 2,701,916
    •    Number of Failures = 0
    •    Burn-In Temp = dependent on device
    •    Activation Energy = 0.7eV
    •    Failure Rate = 1.3 FITs
    •    MTTF = 766676042 hours
    Failure rate and MTTF were calculated at 60% confidence using the Arrhenius equation at 0.7eV activation energy and derating the assumed stress temperature of 150°C to an application temperature of 55°C.
