can I 'hot-swap' receivers on eq500210EVM W/OUT any electrical indication

Without any electrical indication menas: no beep, no i-snsesometimes I get a beep

sometimes the i sense goes to 0

but sometimes there is no indication, how is that? presuming it has to send ID ping to get power contract?
