There may be some reason this device was not listed in the manual, however the above information was in the source file (Excel File) BOM. Columns are similar to table 4.

Martin provides the correct PN for L2. I see some other issues within the user guide BOM table and will have them corrected (missing J3/J4/J6, alt option for R8).
