Can I use bq2000 /T with USB source input to charge 3 cells Nicd, NiMH, or 1 cell Li-Ion 3.7V.

The source does not matter...the point is that one has to have enough charge current to get a good termination and I recommend at least C/3 to get a good termination circuit.......so yes, USB is good for 500mA so the USB should not be used if the capacity of the cell is over 1500mAHr.
