Texas Instruments power products meet an ESD rating of at least

• Human Body Model ( HBM ) > 2000V
• Charge Device Model ( CDM ) > 500V

TI does not specify machine model

Any IC with lower ESD ratings that stated above will state the actual rating in the datasheet.
