1. If by Pd you are referring to Power Dissipation then,   you can easily calculate Pd from the efficiency curves, figures 3 - 12, in the datasheet. If you are referring to the output power then, that will heavily depend on the Vout, Vin and Iin available. Please refer to figures 1 & 2 and see if that answers your query.

3. I do not have the theta JB parameter for our board. You can easily measure your Psi JB by following the instructions in this app note: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/spra953b/spra953b.pdf. You can back estimate theta JB by using equation 9. For designing your PCB board please refer to http://www.ti.com/lit/an/snva419b/snva419b.pdf.
