TPS51200- Power dissipation requirements

Hi,

I want to use TPS51200 1.5V input, output required is .75V/1A  Used to power DDR3 interface with C6678 processor.

Power loss in TPS51200 is  around .8W, I need to operate this device in loco ambient 55°C.

Please specify how many thermal vias are required & Copper area in the PCB required for heat dissipation, off course junction

temperature should not exceed 85°C.

Also specify alternate devices if this device not suitable for above requirements.
