Driving high current LEDs that are being pulsed for optical data operation from a battery

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61087, TPS61500

I have an application where I am driving 4 LEDs in series.
I am driving with 1A with a forward voltage of 2.5V per LED.
This is easy to accomplish using a 15V supply.

But for this applicationI only have a 3.7V lithium battery as the source to drive them.
The LEDs are used for optical communications and are pulsed
at 1MHz to generate the binary data output.

Is there a TI part that I can use to generate the necessary
voltage (12-13V) and current (1A) to operate the LEDs for this type of application?

Thanks,

Teddy
