UCD9244/UCD7242 adds noise at input supply

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD9244, UCD7242

I use one UCD9244 and two UCD7242 to supply two C6678 DSPs.

The DSPs work without problem. However, I have found that once the UCD9244 is switching, it adds noise to input side (12V). That noise couples to other section of my board and causes other problems.

1. If I disable UCD9244 by pulling down the control pin, the noise went away.

2. If I disconnect UCD7242 from their loads ( DSP cores), the noise persists.

So the circuit generate noises at input supply pin (12V) regardless the load current (even when load current is close to 0). I have 1x100uf + 2*x0uf tan capacitors at each UCD7242's input pins. The UCD9244 switch frequency is 750k.

Anybody can advise how to remove the noise?

Thanks a lot.
