UCD3138 multiple channel design

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD3138

Hi

I am planning to use a UCD3138 digital power controller for my new design.  The design will be operated from 220V AC and should output 3 isolated power channels when the output voltage of each channel can be dynamically changed between 12V and 0.8V. The power of each channel is 30W. In additional some sequencing and ramp-up/down will be synchronously performed on the three channels.  Due to the fact that UCD3138 have three different control loops and integrated ARM7 core that will be able to perform all the required sequencing this part was chosen. The problem is that there is not much information about this part on TI site, and some questions arise:

  1. Can this part support three different isolated outputs
  2. What topology is recommended for using this part (There is no reference designs or even examples on TI site)
  3. Where do I get the source code for this device firmware? As I understand right CCS is used to compile it.
  4. Fusion digital power designer software has several pre-defined topologies available, where can I get a reference design for these topologies? How the required configuration parameters for the UCD3138 can be calculated using the GUI if my topology does not exactly match to the pre-defined ones?
  5. I have also seen on TI site that there is a UCD30XX family of the digital power devices, but the information on them is even less than for UCD3138. Where can I get the information on those devices? Reference designs?

Thanks
