LMZ10501 Failures

Good Afternoon,

We have designed this part into our system making 3.3v, 2.5v, and 1.2v and have been experiencing a high failure rate on the 2.5v supply. Has any other designers experienced a failure rate with this part? I sent some information along with scope shots to support@ti.com (request #1-801226245) and the response was "I cannot see anything from the schematic that would indicate a failure on the 2.5V supply". Can somesone at TI support please call me to discuss this issue?

Hello George,

I can look into the failures you are having.

If possible, please attach your schematic, board layout, and any relevant scope shots you may have.

Also, please describe the test conditions and the failure signature (i.e. no output voltage, part heating up, etc.) that you are observing.
