Cannot change cart quantity for sample of PTN78000WAH

I've successfully added the PTN78000WAH to my samples cart but the quantity drop-down only lists '0'. I cannot change it! tried Chrome and IE, no change. Can someone from TI help me out?

    I ordered and completed the  samples request form .Please completely fill out the form on teh WEB site for samples .

    I have filled out the form and even successfully added other products to my samples cart. The shopping cart function will not let me change the quantity I'd like to order to anything other than 0. It could be an issue with the shopping cart program or it's link to the product inventory database. I've read posts by other people having the same issue as I.

    Is there a way for you to bypass the cart and order them for me?
