hi

i am using BQ24073 charging ic in my design, the problem is this the IC is not charging the battery, i can see input voltages at TS pin

i have connected its TD pin to ground and i have also tried connecting 10k resistor with TS and connecting TS with ground 

i am set it in USB500 mode but still ic does not charge the battery it does not draw current from power supply

please help me
