Hi,
A customer has an issue with the Relative State of Charge (RSOC) observed. Relative State of Charge (RSOC) should equal 100x(NAC/LMD) = 100x(1530/2472) = 62%; But reported RSOC = 9%. (see attached print screen image). I tried to charge it and discharge it, nothing happen on fuel gauge, see attached log file. somehow after I short circuit the output terminals (short + - together), the fuel gauge started counting again, see attached log1 file. just need find out why this IC will act like that?
