Has anybody tried to simulate an LM5113 driving eGaN device-models (such as EPC2014 and EPC2015) and gotten Pspice to converge? By themselves all the models work fine but when connected (eg as synchronous power-switch for buck regulator) the combination appears prone to spurious oscillation and the series gate resistors have little effect. Suggestions?
